These terms govern your use of Noto, operated by Pivot Media Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Noto.
Who can use Noto
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use Noto on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@asknoto.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, links, messages, and other material you put into Noto. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service for you and the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Noto to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Do not harass, abuse, or threaten others.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe our systems.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell access to Noto.
- Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
SMS support messages
Noto may offer customer-care SMS through Ava at +1 (912) 915-2952. You can opt in by texting START or a support request to that number, or by otherwise asking Noto to contact you by SMS for support. Messages are used for user-initiated customer-care and account-support conversations, not marketing blasts.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with Noto. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, or email hello@asknoto.app.
Our intellectual property
The Noto name, logo, design, and codebase belong to Pivot Media Holdings LLC. These terms do not give you rights in our brand or software beyond using the service as offered.
Service availability
Noto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noto and Pivot Media Holdings LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
